Our next Grappling & Striking workshop will be held on Saturday, 8th March 2025, 10 am-12.30 pm
All over the age of fourteen are welcome regardless of style, affiliation or experience.
The workshop will be taken by BAWA Wrestling Coach and BCA 7th Dan Black Belt, Simon Morrell.
Cost is £12 with discounts available for multiple bookings. The venue is Fight Fortress, 5 Glan Aber Trading Estate, Rhyl, LL18 2PL, Denbighshire.
